Her treatment plans are unique in that they are completely customized to suit each patient on a mental, emotional, and physical level.

In addition, Dr. Stephanie believes in looking as healthy on the outside as you feel on the inside and offers an array of medical aesthetic services to restore a youthful, healthy appearance.

Dr. Stephanie is also a medical consultant, nutraceutical formulator, and freelance medical blog writer. When she is not working, Dr. Stephanie enjoys practicing yoga, traveling with her husband, and teaching her dog new tricks.

Dr. Kasey Nichols is a licensed naturopathic physician in both Arizona and Kansas. He graduated from Cleveland University with a bachelor’s of science in Biochemistry, graduating with honors, and holds a Doctorate from The Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine.

He is currently in private practice in Arizona with his wife, Dr. Stephanie Nichols. He helps patients balance their hormones, resolve their anxiety, depression, chronic stress, or dependency (including substance abuse, food dependencies, and smoking cessation) in his private practice. His approach includes first finding the root cause of symptoms and subsequently recommending treatments to resolve underlying imbalances utilizing both conventional and holistic therapies, such as dietary and lifestyle changes, evidence-based supplements, acupuncture, and psychotherapy. He helps his patients better understand their minds, emotions, and bodies, so they can take control of their health and well-being long-term.

Before going into private practice, he served as the Director of Medical Operation and Administration at a national substance abuse disorder corporation with 16 facilities across seven states. In addition, Dr. Kasey is the current president of the Arizona Naturopathic Medical Association.

In addition to his medical practice, Dr. Kasey serves as a medical consultant and medical blog writer, and editor. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his dog, visiting family, and travel.
